Requirements • Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license (e.g., CASA, EASA, or equivalent). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. • Strong knowledge of airframe and engine systems for a variety of aircraft types. • Proficiency in using digital maintenance tracking systems and remote collaboration tools. • Excellent understanding of aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA) and safety management principles. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for a remote environment.
