Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote audits and reviews of aircraft maintenance records and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Verify that all maintenance activities performed comply with manufacturer specifications, airworthiness directives, and aviation regulations.
• Assess and approve vendor quality control procedures and performance metrics.
• Investigate quality discrepancies and non-conformances, recommending and tracking corrective actions.
• Provide expert guidance on quality assurance best practices to maintenance teams and external partners.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized digital records of all inspection activities and findings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation quality assurance or aircraft maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., SA CAA, EASA, FAA) and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
