Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and analyze aircraft systems, including but not limited to avionics, propulsion, and structural components.
• Utilize CAD/CAE software for 3D modeling, simulation, and performance analysis of designed systems.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional engineering teams, project managers, and external stakeholders to define system requirements and specifications.
• Generate detailed technical documentation, including design reports, schematics, and integration plans.
• Conduct design reviews and present findings and recommendations to technical leadership.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in aircraft systems design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and simulation tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink).
• Strong understanding of aerodynamics, thermodynamics, control systems, and materials science.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
• Demonstrated experience in leading design aspects of complex aerospace projects.
