Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards and protocols for all projects.
- Manage and coordinate architectural models within the BIM environment, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve model conflicts, collaborating with design and engineering teams.
- Provide BIM training and support to project teams as needed.
- Generate reports and documentation from BIM models for project analysis and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and other BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, Solibri).
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards (e.g., ISO 19650), and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
