Remote Architectural BIM Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Remote Architectural BIM Manager to lead their Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts across a portfolio of diverse projects. This position is fully remote, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere. You will be responsible for establishing and enforcing BIM standards, managing BIM models, coordinating project teams, and ensuring the effective implementation of BIM workflows. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of BIM technologies and their application in modern architectural practice, driving efficiency and collaboration for projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM standards , protocols, and workflows for the organization.
• Oversee the creation, management, and quality assurance of BIM models for all projects.
• Coordinate BIM activities among architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide training and technical support to project teams on BIM software and processes.
• Resolve BIM-related issues and conflicts that arise during project delivery.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in BIM technology and recommend advancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM management and architectural design.
• Expert proficiency in Revit , Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and best practices.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing BIM execution plans.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
