About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and managing BIM standards, workflows, and project templates, providing technical support to design teams working remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain firm-wide BIM standards , templates, and protocols.
• Create and manage complex Revit models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide expert technical support and training to design teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to integrate BIM into project lifecycles from concept to completion.
• Perform quality control checks on BIM models and deliverables for consistency and compliance.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in BIM technology and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically focused on BIM implementation and management.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit , Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users remotely.
• Experience with cloud-based collaboration platforms and remote work environments.
