About the Role
Our client is seeking an exceptional Remote Architectural BIM Specialist to join their forward-thinking practice, supporting projects across various locations, including but not limited to Vereeniging .
You will champion BIM best practices and contribute to the firm's digital transformation initiatives, driving consistency and accuracy in our digital design and documentation processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of dedicated experience in architectural BIM modeling and coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and a strong understanding of its architecture, structure, and MEP functionalities.
• Expertise in Navisworks for clash detection and model aggregation.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
