Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural designs from schematic design through construction documentation phases.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, senior architects, and consultants via digital platforms.
• Conduct site analysis and research relevant building codes and regulations.
• Contribute to the selection of materials and systems, ensuring aesthetic and functional requirements are met.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in architectural design.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling/rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion).
• Excellent design sensibility and a portfolio demonstrating successful project contributions.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for virtual interactions.
