Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop sustainable architectural concepts and solutions for diverse projects.
• Utilize BIM software (Revit) and other digital tools to create detailed designs and visualizations.
• Research and integrate innovative sustainable materials, technologies, and strategies into designs.
• Collaborate effectively with remote colleagues, consultants, and clients through digital platforms.
• Ensure designs meet high environmental performance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documentation for design reviews, presentations, and project approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Sustainable Design.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a significant portion focused on sustainable architecture .
• Proficiency in Revit and experience with energy modeling or environmental analysis tools.
• In-depth knowledge of green building certifications (e.g., LEED, Green Star).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for a remote work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage design tasks effectively from a distance.
