Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using CAD software.
• Assist architects and designers in developing conceptual designs and schematic layouts.
• Prepare and revise construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants (e.g., structural, mechanical engineers) to integrate their drawings into the architectural set.
• Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation for easy access and retrieval.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards and relevant building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD for various projects.
• Prepare and update drawing sets based on design team feedback and client revisions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with remote architects, designers, and project managers via virtual communication tools.
• Maintain an organized digital filing system for all project-related documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and project proposals.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, Drafting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter , with a portfolio showcasing residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ideally experience with BIM software like Revit.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles , building codes, and construction methods.
• Excellent technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in a remote environment.
