In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders, facilitating communication and problem-solving in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all phases of architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against them.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly as they arise.
• Oversee the preparation of all project documentation, including contracts, reports, and close-out materials.
• Conduct virtual project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Asana.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
