Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and animations from architectural plans and concepts.
• Develop compelling visual narratives for architectural projects, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate effectively with remote design teams, providing timely updates and incorporating feedback.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization and rendering software.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional visual output.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Visualizer with a strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic work.
• Expert proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, Maya) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Octane).
• Skilled in post-production editing software (e.g., Photoshop, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, materials, and architectural aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and time management skills for effective remote collaboration, based anywhere in North West or beyond.
