About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and creative Remote Architectural Visualizer to join their fully remote team, based in the Klerksdorp area but working from anywhere. You will be responsible for producing stunning, photorealistic 3D renderings and animations that bring architectural designs to life for clients worldwide. This role demands exceptional artistic talent, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of architectural aesthetics. Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models from architectural drawings and 3D scan data.

• Develop photorealistic renderings and animations for marketing, client presentations, and design development.

• Apply textures, lighting, and environmental effects to achieve desired visual outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with architects and designers remotely to interpret design intent and client feedback.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently within a remote setting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Visualizer or 3D Artist in the AEC industry.

• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional rendering skills and artistic talent.

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Octane).

• Experience with image editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Affinity Photo).

• Understanding of architectural design principles and styles.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
