Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote diagnostic support for complex automotive issues across various vehicle makes and models.

• Analyze diagnostic data, trouble codes, and sensor readings to identify root causes of vehicle malfunctions.

• Guide field technicians through diagnostic procedures and repair strategies via phone, video calls, and remote access tools.

• Maintain and update a comprehensive knowledge base of diagnostic solutions and technical bulletins.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide feedback on vehicle performance and potential improvements.

• Assist in developing training materials for technicians on advanced diagnostic techniques.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Automotive Diagnostic Technician or Service Manager with a strong focus on diagnostics.

• In-depth knowledge of vehicle electronic systems, powertrain control modules, CAN bus communication, and diagnostic software.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues remotely.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.

• Proficiency with diagnostic hardware and software, including remote diagnostic platforms.
