About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Remotely review and analyze automotive repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to service guidelines.
• Evaluate diagnostic reports and technical documentation to ensure proper fault identification and resolution.
• Monitor customer feedback and service records to identify trends and potential quality issues.
• Conduct virtual audits of service processes and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Automotive Technician , Service Advisor, or Quality Control role.
• Thorough understanding of automotive repair procedures, diagnostics, and industry standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms for documentation and communication in a remote setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide constructive feedback.
