About the Role

This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from any location. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across various departments, including engineering, sales, and operations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates for automotive roles.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define position requirements.
• Maintain an organized candidate database and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stay updated on recruitment best practices, market trends, and innovative sourcing tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a significant portion focused on the automotive or technical industries.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, essential for remote work.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
