Key Responsibilities

• Define and document the high-level software architecture for automotive systems, including embedded software, cloud connectivity, and user interfaces.
• Establish and enforce software development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines across the engineering teams.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support the architectural vision.
• Collaborate with systems engineers and product owners to translate requirements into robust and scalable software designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct architectural reviews, identify technical risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a software architecture role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Deep understanding of embedded systems, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and automotive communication protocols (CAN, Automotive Ethernet).
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms, microservices architectures, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
