About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze automotive system performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, diagnostic procedures, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate analysis findings into actionable recommendations for system enhancements.
• Design and execute test plans to validate system functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex system issues, providing root cause analysis and proposing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer), or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools, simulation software, and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
