Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to all relevant aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA, EASA, FAA).
• Conduct internal audits of operational procedures, documentation, and training records to identify and address compliance gaps.
• Stay current with changes in aviation legislation and regulatory requirements, advising the organization on necessary adaptations.
• Investigate and report on compliance issues, recommending and overseeing the implementation of corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the organization during compliance inspections and audits.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in aviation regulatory compliance, audit, or quality assurance.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation laws, regulations, and certification processes.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective compliance management systems.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, crucial for this remote role, based in Mahikeng .
