Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and disseminate changes in aviation regulations applicable to the organization.
• Develop, implement, and audit compliance programs and policies.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation to aviation authorities.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance requirements and best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Aviation Management, Law, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant aviation laws and standards (e.g., ICAO, SACAA).
• Proven ability to conduct audits and develop compliance strategies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
