Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, research, and develop new beauty and cosmetic product formulations based on market trends and consumer needs.
• Oversee the product development process, including ingredient sourcing, stability testing, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D chemists to create innovative and effective product formulations.
• Work closely with marketing teams to align product development with brand strategy and launch plans.
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure quality and timely production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in beauty product development , formulation, or R&D.
• In-depth knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and product testing protocols.
• Understanding of global cosmetic regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a remote team environment.
