Remote BIM Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows for design and construction projects.

• Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM data for quantity take-offs, scheduling, and cost estimation.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Specialist or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination processes, clash detection, and model federation.
