We are looking for a Business Continuity Program Manager F/M to join the AXA Partners' Security Team.
The Business Continuity Management Program Manager is a part of Central team and is a key discipline within Operational Resilience department to ensure that Business Continuity within the AXA Partners countries is defined, implemented, and delivered in accordance with the Group Security Strategy and supports achieving local maturity objectives in cost‑effective manner.
You work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to embed BCM standards, oversee critical business activities, influence organizational change, and support rapid response and recovery in disruptions—ultimately safeguarding critical operations and fost The ambition of the security organization is to evolve to a business partner role, delivering value to the business while reducing and managing their risk.
What you’ll be doing:
Your mission is to ensure the organization’s resilience by overseeing the development, implementation, and testing comprehensive Business Continuity Plans that integrate security, crisis management, IT, and other professional families like HR, and communications functions.
It involves identifying and assessing risks, promoting BCM awareness and training, and continuously improving plans and processes through testing and benchmarking.
