Remote Candidate Sourcer

About the Role

Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is actively seeking a proactive and skilled Remote Candidate Sourcer to join their expanding team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top talent across various industries, building robust talent pipelines for our clients' needs. You will utilize advanced sourcing techniques and digital platforms to uncover candidates who may not be actively looking for new opportunities. This position offers the flexibility of working entirely remotely, allowing you to contribute significantly from anywhere in South Africa while being part of a results-driven consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and source qualified candidates for a variety of roles using advanced search techniques and tools.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen candidates to assess initial qualifications and interest in opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions in the CRM/ATS.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates , ideally within a recruitment agency or RPO setting.
• Proficiency with various sourcing tools, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), and Boolean search strings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging passive candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple search projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
