Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote guidance and support to on-site operations teams, drivers, and warehouse personnel.

• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all cargo operations, including manifests and delivery confirmations.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, external partners, and clients regarding cargo status and operational updates.

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries or complaints related to cargo operations in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cargo operations, logistics supervision, or freight management, with demonstrated success in remote or supervisory roles.
• Proven ability to manage and direct teams and operations from a distance.
• Strong understanding of freight handling, warehousing, and transportation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to act decisively under pressure.
• Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, crucial for remote team management.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software, GPS tracking systems, and communication platforms.
