About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote Case Management Specialist to join their virtual operations. You will manage a caseload, develop personalized support plans, and coordinate with various service providers to facilitate client success. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in case management, social work, counseling, or a related field, preferably with remote clients.
- Strong understanding of relevant social services, healthcare systems, and community resources.
- Excellent assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation skills.
- Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for effective remote engagement.
- Proficiency with case management software and virtual communication tools.
- Relevant professional certification or degree in social work, psychology, or a related discipline.
