You will be the central hub for logistical planning, working from a remote location, and collaborating closely with kitchen teams, delivery partners, and event coordinators to guarantee operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize delivery routes and schedules for catering events, ensuring timely arrival of food and equipment.
• Coordinate with external delivery services and internal drivers to manage fleet operations efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory of catering equipment and supplies required for each event, ensuring readiness.
• Communicate effectively with event coordinators and kitchen staff to confirm all logistical requirements are met.
