About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned and strategic Remote Catering Operations Manager to lead their nationwide virtual catering initiatives, supporting operational excellence across all regions, including Benoni . In this critical remote role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, managing vendor networks, ensuring quality control, and driving efficiency in our client's expanding virtual catering services. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to clients regardless of their location. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for remote catering operations to optimize service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage and expand a network of high-quality catering vendors across various geographical regions.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements
