Remote Catering Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Remote Catering Project Manager to oversee and execute a portfolio of catering projects from initiation to completion. This is a fully remote position where you will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and client communications for various events, ensuring successful delivery from afar. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to achieve project objectives, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of catering projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with culinary teams, service staff, and logistics providers to ensure seamless event execution.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any potential issues.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , preferably within the catering or event management industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
