Key Responsibilities
• Lead the process development and engineering aspects of new product introductions, from lab scale to commercial readiness.
• Develop robust and scalable manufacturing processes, ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Create detailed process documentation, including P&IDs, SOPs, and validation protocols.
• Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams across different time zones.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for NPI projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for new product manufacturing processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in chemical process engineering, with a strong focus on New Product Introduction.
• Proven experience in scaling up chemical processes and implementing them in manufacturing.
• Excellent project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in process simulation tools and statistical analysis software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective in a remote work environment.
