Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets from diverse production facilities to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for process optimization.
• Develop and propose data-driven strategies for improving yield, reducing waste, and enhancing energy efficiency in chemical processes.
• Utilize advanced simulation and modeling tools to test and validate optimization strategies before implementation.
• Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, outlining recommended process changes and their projected benefits.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in process optimization, simulation, and data analysis within the chemical industry.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Chemcad) and statistical analysis tools.
