About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering .
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in chemical process engineering, with a significant focus on specialty chemicals or fine chemicals manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in process design, scale-up, and optimization for complex chemical syntheses.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of reaction engineering, separation techniques, and material science.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
