Key Responsibilities • Lead the development and optimization of chemical processes from bench scale through to pilot and commercial scale. • Conduct detailed process design, including mass and energy balances, PFDs, and P&IDs. • Utilize process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD) to model and analyze process performance. • Troubleshoot process challenges remotely, collaborating with on-site technical teams to implement effective solutions. • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including process descriptions, validation protocols, and reports. • Research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies for process improvement and innovation.

Requirements • Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering. • A minimum of 7 years of experience in chemical process development and scale-up within the chemical or pharmaceutical industries. • Proven expertise in process simulation, design, and optimization techniques. • Strong understanding of reaction engineering, separation processes, and unit operations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results independently.
