About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial strategy and operations in a fully remote capacity. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will be responsible for the overall financial health of the company, including financial planning, risk management, investor relations, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's long-term financial strategy and objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and tax.

• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Identify and manage financial risks, and explore opportunities for strategic investments and partnerships.

Requirements

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA designation strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a significant portion in executive leadership roles (e.g., VP Finance, CFO).
• Proven experience in strategic financial planning, capital allocation, and fundraising.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, M&A, and corporate finance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated success in managing financial operations and teams in a remote or distributed environment.
