About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial operations from a remote capacity, with oversight relevant to their business interests in Mahikeng . Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's long-term financial strategy to support growth objectives.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA or CPA/CA highly preferred.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in senior financial leadership roles, with demonstrated success in scaling businesses.

• Proven expertise in financial strategy, corporate finance, M&A, and capital markets.

• Strong understanding of diverse financial regulations and compliance frameworks.

• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
