Key Responsibilities

Requirements
• Professional qualification (CA(SA), CPA, CMA) or MBA with a strong finance concentration.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with significant exposure to the mining sector.
• Proven track record in corporate finance, M&A, and capital markets.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing remote teams and operations effectively.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting principles.

About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial operations from a remote capacity, supporting their significant mining interests.
