About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Remote Childcare Program Manager to oversee and enhance their childcare initiatives. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of various childcare programs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for childcare programs, setting goals and objectives for growth and quality improvement.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational aspects of multiple childcare programs, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of program coordinators and childcare professionals across different locations.
• Ensure all programs comply with relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational standards.
• Monitor program performance, collect data, and generate reports to assess impact and identify areas for enhancement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in program management within the childcare or non-profit sector.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and quality assurance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with proficiency in remote collaboration tools.
