This position is critical for leading and contributing to a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects across South Africa, focusing on planning, design, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of various infrastructure projects, including roads, water, and sanitation systems, from concept to completion. • Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and prepare comprehensive project proposals and technical reports. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively in a remote setting. • Collaborate effectively with remote colleagues, clients, and regulatory bodies using virtual communication and project management platforms. • Ensure all project designs adhere to relevant South African standards, regulations, and best practices for sustainable development.

Requirements • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in infrastructure development and project management. • Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) registration with ECSA or eligible for registration. • Proven ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality results in a fully remote capacity. • Proficiency in relevant engineering software (CAD, project management tools, and potentially specialized design software) and strong digital collaboration skills.
