Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and option analyses for new infrastructure developments.
• Develop strategic master plans for transportation, water, and land development projects.
• Prepare high-level concept designs, project scope definitions, and preliminary cost estimates.
• Utilize advanced modeling and GIS tools for spatial analysis and planning.
• Collaborate effectively with remote multidisciplinary teams, clients, and regulatory bodies using digital communication platforms.

Requirements

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in infrastructure planning and conceptual design.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple planning projects remotely.
• Expertise in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS) and infrastructure planning tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
