About the Role

This role is critical for managing the planning, design, and approval process for various land development projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that sites are developed efficiently, sustainably, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Design and plan site layout, grading, drainage, and utility systems for commercial, residential, and industrial developments.
• Conduct site analysis, including environmental reviews, feasibility studies, and regulatory compliance checks.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications, and permitting applications.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, surveyors, and regulatory agencies to obtain project approvals.
• Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to design standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving for site development challenges remotely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site development design and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant site development software.
• Strong knowledge of local and national zoning ordinances, land use regulations, and environmental compliance.
