About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects remotely.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources effectively across distributed teams.
• Oversee the work of remote engineering staff and external consultants, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders via digital channels.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges in a virtual environment.
• Ensure all project documentation and reporting are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• B. Eng or BSc Eng in Civil Engineering with a professional registration (e.g., Pr Eng).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects successfully in a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for virtual collaboration.
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Slack, Zoom).
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles across various disciplines.
