Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning and organizing project activities for civil engineering projects.
• Maintain and organize all project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between remote team members, clients, and external parties.
• Monitor project progress against established timelines and flag potential delays.
• Support the procurement process and manage vendor communications as needed.

Requirements

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a project support or coordination role, preferably in civil engineering.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for remote interaction.
