Key Responsibilities • Oversee the complete lifecycle of civil engineering projects, from initial planning to final handover. • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. • Coordinate and manage remote engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively. • Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. • Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. • Proven track record of at least 5 years managing complex civil infrastructure projects. • Demonstrated experience in remote project management and leading geographically dispersed teams. • Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project , Asana, or similar tools. • Excellent understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies. • Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, suited for a remote setting.
