Remote Civil Project Manager - Construction

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Remote Civil Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of construction projects. This is a key role within a dynamic, distributed organization, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to execution and close-out, working entirely remotely. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations for all projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil project management , with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills for remote team management.
