Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investigations into various types of insurance claims to determine validity and potential fraud.
• Gather and analyze evidence, including witness statements, police reports, and relevant documentation.
• Conduct remote interviews with claimants, witnesses, and involved parties via video conferencing or phone.
• Prepare comprehensive investigation reports detailing findings, conclusions, and recommendations for claim settlement.
• Collaborate virtually with claims adjusters, legal counsel, and other internal departments to ensure efficient claim resolution.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the investigation process, working from your designated remote location.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Claims Investigator or in a similar investigative role within the insurance sector.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an aptitude for meticulous fact-finding.
• Excellent remote communication and interviewing skills, utilizing various digital platforms effectively.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet strict deadlines while working from home.
• Proficiency with digital investigation tools, databases, and standard office software.
• A valid driver's license and a clean criminal record are beneficial for field interactions, although primarily remote.
