About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive investigations into suspicious or complex insurance claims to determine validity and identify potential fraud.
• Gather and analyze evidence, including documentation, witness statements, and financial records.
• Conduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties.
• Prepare detailed and objective investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with claims adjusters, legal teams, and law enforcement agencies as required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and legal guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims investigation, fraud detection, or a related field within the insurance industry .
• Strong understanding of investigative techniques, evidence collection, and legal procedures.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in using investigation tools and databases.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively in a remote work environment .
