About the Role

Our client is looking for a vigilant and discreet Remote Claims Investigator specializing in Insurance Fraud to join their dedicated team. Operating entirely remotely, you will be instrumental in detecting and investigating suspicious claims across various lines of business, safeguarding the company's assets and upholding its integrity. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to conduct thorough investigations independently. You will leverage advanced tools and techniques to identify fraudulent activities, contributing significantly to the company's loss prevention efforts and maintaining trust within the North West region and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive and reactive investigations into potentially fraudulent insurance claims.
• Gather and analyze evidence, including documentation, interviews, and digital records, to assess the validity of claims.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports outlining findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal SIU teams, law enforcement, and legal counsel when necessary.
• Utiliz e fraud detection software and data analysis tools to identify patterns and red flags.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical standards throughout the investigation process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Claims Investigator , with a specialization in insurance fraud detection and investigation.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, and fraud typologies.
• Excellent interviewing, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in using investigation tools, databases, and digital forensics techniques.
• Ability to work independently, manage workload effectively, and meet strict deadlines in a remote environment.
• Relevant certifications in fraud investigation are highly advantageous.
