About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Cleaning Operations Coordinator to manage and oversee cleaning operations remotely for various sites, with a primary focus on locations across South Africa. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for coordinating cleaning schedules, managing supplier relationships, ensuring quality standards are met across dispersed teams, and troubleshooting operational issues without being physically present. This position demands excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cleaning activities and schedules for multiple sites from a remote location.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for cleaning staff and third-party service providers regarding operational matters.
• Monitor service performance, conduct virtual quality checks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and distribution.

Requirements
