Remote Cleaning Services Coordinator

Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Remote Cleaning Services Coordinator to manage cleaning operations and vendor relationships entirely from a remote setting. This position will be instrumental in ensuring consistent and high-quality cleaning services across multiple company locations, without being physically present on-site. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards, and serving as the primary point of contact for cleaning vendors and internal stakeholders. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, strong communication capabilities, and the ability to oversee operations from afar, maintaining operational excellence for facilities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all outsourced cleaning services, ensuring timely and effective service delivery across all assigned locations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for cleaning vendors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to established hygiene and safety protocols remotely.
• Manage cleaning service budgets, process invoices, and track expenses for cost efficiency.
• Conduct virtual site inspections and audits using provided technology and reporting from on-site staff or vendors.
• Address and resolve any service issues or client feedback promptly and professionally through virtual communication channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities management , operations coordination, or vendor management, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
