About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join their global HR team. This position is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent across the organization. You will conduct market research, analyze compensation trends, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, all while working from your preferred remote location. This role is crucial for maintaining our position as an employer of choice and supporting the financial well-being of our employees. This is a fully remote opportunity for an analytical HR professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market compensation data and benchmark salary ranges to ensure competitiveness.
- Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits trends and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll and total rewards strategy.
- Support the annual salary review and bonus cycle processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with HRIS and compensation management software.
- Knowledge of compensation principles, benefit plan design, and administration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
